Greenlane ships same day for orders placed Monday – Friday before 2:30pm EST (1:00pm for orders shipping to Canada). If you wish to obtain a guaranteed delivery date, please choose an upgraded shipping method

  • FedEx Express Saver — 3 business days
  • FedEx 2Day — 2 business days
  • FedEx Standard Overnight — Next business day by 3pm to most areas
  • FedEx Priority Overnight — Next business day by 10:30am to most areas
  • Your orders will always be shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with our unique tamper-proof tape. With warehouses located in South Florida, New Jersey, Las Vegas, and Canada, Greenlane’s sophisticated order management system will ship your package from the closest location with available inventory.


    Before placing an order we recommend carefully researching the product(s) you intend to purchase.     Any/all items purchased from Greenlane must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange: 1) Item(s) must be in original, brand new condition 2) No discontinued items/ used items 3) All parts and accessories must be included 4) Price stickers and sticker residue need to be completely removed

    Buyer must understand and agree to a 10-30% processing fee for items that have been opened or have broken seals. Item(s) must be returned in full or will otherwise incur additional processing fees up to 50%. This includes parts and/or accessories.

    ORDERS RETURNED DUE TO DOA: Any/all items purchased from Greenlane which are found damaged on arrival (DOA) must meet the following requirements to be eligible for an exchange:   1) Item(s) must be unused and in original condition   2) All used items must go through normal end consumer warranty process through manufacturer

    Note: All returned items must include an associated Return Authorization (RA) number which can be acquired by contacting your Account Specialist via email or by phone at (877) 292-7660. We are not responsible for items sent to us without an RA number.   Once we receive your RA, we will contact you via email with further details. You may expect your return to process within 10-14 business days from the delivery date to us, assuming the above conditions are met.     Items must be received before replacements are shipped or credits/refunds are applied   Greenlane reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may request additional information as a condition of a return or exchange.

    This return policy is only available to customers of the United States and/or Canada. For other countries outside of North America, please see our Foreign Country Return Policy.

    FOREIGN COUNTRY RETURN POLICY: Our foreign return/exchange policy is implemented on a case-by-case basis. Because of the rise of shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes, we do our best to accommodate such requests within our discretion, though always with customer satisfaction in mind.
